Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Develop ongoing networking relationships
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
Benefits:
- Hourly base pay (based on experience and insurance licensing) plus commissions paid for all new sales
- Paid Time Off (1 week paid vacation after 6 months)
- Typical work schedule: 8:45 am to 5:00 pm; lunch from 12:00 to 1:15 that is paid
- A SIMPLE retirement plan available after the 90 probationary period with 3% of income match per year
- Insurance stipend of $110.00 per check to apply to insurance needs
- Outstanding preparation if you aspire to be a State Farm agent in the future
Requirements:
- Property and Casualty License must be able to obtain; eligible for reimbursement for the passed licensing (test and books) after 1 year with agency.
- 1-2 Years of Sales Experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas required
- Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people’s lives
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
- Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start
