Responsibilities
- Develop and close online sales leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Effectively manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts and emails.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) required
- Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license (must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Must be comfortable calling, texting, and emailing customers on a schedule
- Must be able to overcome customer objections and ask for the sale.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
