Identity Access Management Analyst

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Identity Access Management Analyst:

• Administer and support Okta for identity and access management

• Assist in the ERP migration, ensuring seamless authentication across the new system

• Support single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access management (PAM) solutions

• Monitor and troubleshoot IAM-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution of access-related requests

• Maintain IAM-related documentation, policies, and security controls

• Support IAM-related integrations with cloud and enterprise applications
  
  

Required Skills for Identity Access Management Analyst:

• 1-4 years of IAM experience in an enterprise environment

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

• Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, SSL, and private key infrastructure (PKI)

• Hands-on experience with Okta (administration, troubleshooting, or implementation)

• Ability to resolve IAM-related issues effectively

• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site environments

• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
