HVAC Tech

Looking for experienced HVAC technicians and helpers for long term job opportunities around the Corpus Christi area

Duties:

- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to prevent future issues
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations when working on HVAC systems
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Certification or license in HVAC/R preferred
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of heating and cooling systems, including boilers, furnaces, and air conditioning units
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Note: Experience in appliance repair, equipment repair, property maintenance, or field service is a plus. Welding experience is also beneficial.
