Position Responsibilities:
- Administering multiple HR systems and maintaining accurate employee information for record keeping, database management, and payroll activity
- Collaborating with the HRIS team and other HR team members
- Ensuring strict confidentiality at all times
- Navigating through both automated and manual work processes across HR functions and with other departments
- Learning and navigating new systems as required
Position Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems (2+ years minimum)
- 2+ years of experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and KRONOS/Dimensions Timekeeping
- System transition implementation experience preferred
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to multi-task efficiently with exceptional attention to detail
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with employees at all levels across the organization
