Helpdesk Analyst 1
One of IDR’s largest clients is looking for a Help Desk Analyst 1 to join its team in Atlanta, GA! This individual will provide technical assistance to computer users in person, over the phone, and via email.
This role is 100% onsite in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities of the Helpdesk Analyst 1 Include:
- Provide assistance to users with computer hardware and software issues.
- Respond to technical support issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Monitoring ticket queues
- Assigning tickets to internal and external support staff
- Escalating tickets outside of the department until resolved
Required Skills/Experience:
- 2+ years of Technical End-User Support experience
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365
- Hands-on knowledge in resolving issues with PCs, Laptops, Printers, and Copiers
- Knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, and VPNs.
