Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Global Foundation Support:

- Engage in events, meetings, and discussions regarding organizational workflows and communications in both Spanish and English
- Organize and support all communications with assigned foundation partners, including monthly calls and new program initiatives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the team's CRM, including revenue, account and contact information, priority education opportunities, and challenges
- Provide program support, including language assistance for all programs
- Plan and execute foundation assessments and participate in relevant workshops

Required Skills for Global Foundation Support:

- Fluent in English and Business Spanish; Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Portuguese preferred
- Cultural and regional awareness/knowledge of the supported area
- Experience in data entry, note-taking, and supporting leaders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including basic Excel skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
