Location: Greater Charleston, SC area
Wage: $22-$28 Per Hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
Hours: Full Time, 8-12 hours per day

Your Role:
As a Fine Grade Dozer Operator, you will be essential in ensuring precision and accuracy in grading and leveling operations. Your expertise will help us achieve project goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various dozer equipment, focusing on finish grading and leveling tasks.
- Utilize GPS technology (Trimble/Topcon) for precise grading and excavation.
- Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and project specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with other construction-related tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Finish Dozer Operator, with a strong focus on precision grading.
- Proficiency in operating dozer equipment of various sizes and models.
- Familiarity with GPS technology for accurate grading is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Relevant certifications and licenses are highly desirable.
