Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant V:

- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
- Manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
- Handle confidential information with a high level of integrity and discretion
- Coordinate travel logistics, both international and domestic
- This is a 2-month contract with potential for extensions
- Experience in the music or entertainment industry is preferred

Required Skills for Executive Assistant V:

- Minimum 10 years of executive assistance experience supporting a CEO, EVP, President or other high-level executive
- Proven ability to work effectively with C-Level executives and senior-level clients
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Outlook and other Microsoft Office Products
- Dynamic and assertive personality with a professional demeanor
