This role involves providing comprehensive support to an executive team, including managing calendars, coordinating events, and handling administrative tasks. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to an executive team
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Plan and coordinate events, including those involving 30+ executives
- Handle expense reports and other administrative tasks
- This is a 4-month contract role, covering a maternity leave

Required Skills for Executive Assistant:

- 5 - 10 years of administrative assistant or office management experience, including executive calendar management and executive support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with event planning
- Familiarity with Concur for calendar management and expenses, or similar software
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred

Compensation Details: $30 - 45/hr W2
