IDR is seeking a Event Support Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth integration and support of technology at both virtual and in-person events, making a significant impact on the overall event experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and Apple OS/iOS, with comfort in coding languages.
• Previous experience with ticketing software (e.g., JIRA) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence).
• Ability to work outside of normal hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
