IDR is seeking a detail-oriented Event Coordinator / Program Coordinator to support the opening and operations of our global clients' brand new pop-up Innovation Hub in downtown Washington, D.C. In this role, you will support event logistics, customer coordination, and onsite hospitality to ensure a seamless customer experience. Position Overview/Responsibilities for Program Coordinator- Assist in planning and execution of the onsite events at the D.C. Innovation Hub pop-up.
- Execute elite-level hospitality and customer service, including welcome guests, confirming catering, setting up experience room with swag, name badges, etc.
- Reset space between events to ensure consistent experience for each customer.
- Be the key contact for sales and customers for any onsite and hospitality related inquiries.
- Assist in scheduling staff for events onsite.
Required Skills:- 2+ years' experience in event coordination, hospitality, executive briefings, or a related field
- Experience in corporate events, marketing, or executive assistance
- Exceptional attention to detail & ability to prioritize tasks with a solutionoriented approach
- Excellent organizational & problem-solving skills
