We are seeking ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­a Environmental Technicians to become part of our team!
 
Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Address environmental issues by identifying short term and long range issues that must be addressed.
  2. Gather environmental data including air and water by using various monitoring tools.    
  3. Maintain environment records, logs and air control reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
  4. Manage storm water retention program(zero storm water may enter the bay).
  5. Act as a liaison between local, state and federal agencies such as DEH, APCD, MIWP, RWQCB, SWRCB, EPA, Coast Guard and US Navy. 
  6. Conduct daily inspections related to housekeeping and Best Management Practices (BMPs).
  7. Communicate with client, subcontractors and all employees on site on environmental issues.  
Requirements for this role include:
  1. Candidates must have at least 2 years of environmental experience or schooling.
  2. Must be very detail oriented.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Must be able to coach and educate employees on the effects of specific jobs and the environment.
  5. Strong computer skills, data entry and developing reports. 
  6. Safety training.
