Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Engineering Team Lead:
- Act as a team lead, managing a team of engineers and focusing on IMAC and technical support
- Serve as the primary onsite manager for the team of technicians
- Strategically plan and conduct internal meetings with onsite leaders
- Act as a liaison between our client's team and the onsite team
- Aid in support as needed, but primarily focus on people, process, and operations management
Required Skills for the Engineering Team Lead:
- Strong experience managing a team of tech support engineers
- Excellent communication skills and confidence
- Experience with Jira ticketing system and ServiceNow
- Ability to identify opportunities for service improvements and enhance day-to-day efficiency
- ITIL certifications are a plus!
