Position Overview:
Optigy is seeking Emergency Medicine physicians to join a well-supported, community-based Emergency Department in Muskogee, OK. This Level III Trauma Center serves as a regional hub across a seven-county area, offering robust specialty support and a rewarding opportunity for physicians who value high-quality care in a close-knit community.
• ED Volume: 35,000 annual visits
• Beds: 21
• Admission Rate: 18%
• Designations: Level III Trauma Center & Certified Primary Stroke Center
• EMR: Epic
• Support Specialties Onsite: Hospitalist, Surgery, Orthopedics, Critical Care, Urology
• Employment Models: W-2 and 1099 available
• J-1 Visa Sponsorship & H1B Cap Exempt Available

Compensation:
• Base Compensation: $250/hr (W2) – $290/hr (1099)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $90,000
• CME/BEA: $4,000 tax-free annually
• New Grad Package: $6,500 + licensing costs (state & DEA) in year one
