Opportunity Overview:
Optigy is seeking experienced Emergency Medicine physicians to provide locum tenens coverage at a well-established hospital in Gadsden, Alabama. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, an expedited credentialing process, and a supportive clinical environment in a mid-volume ED.
Position Details:
Shift Times: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Minimum Shifts: 6 per month
Annual ED Volume: 21,000
Staffing Model: 24 hours MD coverage / 12 hours APP coverage
EMR: EPIC
Travel & Lodging: All-inclusive rate
Qualifications:
Must be Board Certified or Residency Trained in EM, FP, IM, or General Surgery
Accepts ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM, ABPS
Certifications Required: AL EMS, ACLS, ATLS
Alabama state license or eligibility required
Emergency experience required
