Responsibilities for the e-Commerce Business Systems Analyst:We are looking for an experienced
e-Commerce Business Systems Analyst to support enhancements to our digital commerce platforms. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories and technical use cases. The ideal candidate will help improve user experiences and ensure solutions align with long-term IT strategies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Experience in eCommerce platforms and Agile environments is preferred.
Required Skills for the e-Commerce Business Systems Analyst:- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on gathering requirements, system configuration, and customization.
- Extensive experience in business analysis for eCommerce platforms such as Hybris, Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce, or Adobe Commerce.
- Demonstrates a strong blend of functional and technical expertise.
