IDR is seeking a talented and versatile long- term contract, AEM Content Designer to join one of our top retail clients for a 100% remote opportunity. This is a unique opportunity to shape the digital content strategy from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design production and digital development, with experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and creating engaging banners, articles, and videos.

Key Responsibilities:
- AEM Page Development: Collaborate with developers to build and enhance new web pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Ensure that pages are visually appealing and functionally robust.
- Design Production: Lead the creation of high-quality banners, articles, and videos. Develop design assets that align with our brand guidelines and engage our audience effectively.
- Content Creation: Manage the full production lifecycle of digital content, including ideation, design, and implementation. Ensure content is optimized for various platforms and devices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
- Innovation and Strategy: Identify opportunities for improvement in our digital content and design processes. Propose innovative solutions to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
- Greenfield Opportunity: As this role is starting from scratch, you will have the chance to build out processes, tools, and a potential team to support future growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in a design production role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development work. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is highly desirable.
- Skills: Proficiency in design and development tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS, JavaScript). Strong understanding of web design principles and best practices.
- Creativity: Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling and user-friendly digital content. Strong eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with both design and development tasks. Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues related to digital content production.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate design concepts and technical details to various stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
