Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Dentist Clinical Workflow SME:

Development and support of standard operating procedures and workflows for successful practice management system implementation
Participation in workgroup meetings with technical staff, subject matter experts, and project leadership
Collaboration with Dental Director for ongoing clinical workflow processes improvement

Required Skills for Dentist Clinical Workflow SME :

Proven experience as a Dentist Clinical Workflow SME
Proficiency in Epic systems
Strong understanding of dental office clinical workflows
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
