Job Description for the Database Administrator:Provide application support include analysis off application functions, data processing, resolving data corrections to ensure agency services maintain functions. Position may edit and correct existing applications and/or develop new solutions to remedy situations that may arise. Create support documentation where applicable to define new and existing software.
Required Skills for the Database Administrator:- 8+ years’ experience supporting DB2 databases
- 3+ years’ experience with the following: AIX/Unix/Linux
- 3+ years’ experience with shell programming/scripting
