IDR is seeking a Data Analytics Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN.
As a Data Analytics Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing donor experience data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth. You will work closely with the management team to design and implement data-driven solutions that improve donor retention and overall organizational performance.
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of performance analysis/statistics, quantitative analysis, and/or data warehouse experience
- Proficient in SQL and/or Tableau, with experience in data visualization and business intelligence
- Experience with R or Python is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
