Karin Bojarski-Vella - State Farm Agency, located in Milwaukee, WI is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a low-pressure position focused on Customer Service for a well-established State Farm Agent.
If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team! As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answer phones and greet clients
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
You will receive:
- Hourly base pay (based on experience and insurance licensing) plus commissions paid for all new sales
- Paid Time Off (1 week paid vacation after 6 months)
- Typical work schedule: 8:45 am to 5:00 pm; lunch from 12:00 to 1:15 that is paid
- A SIMPLE retirement plan available after the 90 probationary period with 3% of income match per year
- Insurance stipend of $110.00 per check to apply to insurance needs

Requirements:
- Property and Casualty License must be able to obtain; eligible for reimbursement for the passed licensing (test and books) after 1 year with agency
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
