Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Continuous Improvement Manager:
- Lead the development of a Lean mindset within partner business functions
- Develop core value stream and process mapping
- Identify impactful opportunities for efficiency and sales velocity gains within partner business functions
- Collaborate with sponsors and the Value Delivery Office project manager to transition from opportunity identification to project scoping and change sustainment
- Co-develop KPIs, implement visual management, and establish standard work and root cause analysis approaches within partner functions
- This is a contract position through 5/30/2025
Required Skills for Continuous Improvement Manager:
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- BS/BA required
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- 7+ years relevant work experience with involvement in, or leading of, continuous improvement programs, including in commercial (e.g., non-manufacturing) functions
- Demonstrated experience with leading value stream mapping and implementing visual management
