ARC Group is seeking a highly skilled Civil Designer to their client's dynamic design team in Jacksonville, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and producing sets of 3D plans and technical drawings for residential and commercial Land Development projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- 3D Modeling: Create detailed 3D models for various projects using AutoCAD.
- Technical Drawings: Develop accurate and comprehensive technical drawings and blueprints.
- Design Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, architects, and other designers to develop and refine design concepts.
- Project Documentation: Maintain organized project files and documentation, ensuring all designs meet industry standards and regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Review and verify designs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications.
- Revisions and Updates: Make necessary revisions to designs based on feedback from stakeholders and project requirements.
- Software Proficiency: Stay updated with the latest AutoCAD features and industry best practices.
- Communication: Present design concepts and updates to clients and team members clearly and effectively.
- 5 years of minimum relevant land development design experience.
- Needs to have experience designing residential subdivisions.
- Minimum of 3 years of design experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D design package.
- Ability to prepare construction plans as part of a design team.
- Strong work ethic and desire to be recognized and rewarded for work accomplished
- Certification: AutoCAD certification is preferred.
- Additional Software: Experience with additional design software and tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific design standards and regulations.
