Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Change Management Partner I:
- Implementing and managing change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of change initiatives
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders about changes, ensuring buy-in and minimizing resistance
- This is a 6-month contract position, with the potential for extension
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field of study is required, though related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Required Skills for Change Management Partner I:
- Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity or experience with the Prosci Change Management framework is preferred

Compensation Details: $53.57/hr W2
