Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:
(30%) Coordinates and analyzes user requirements, system capabilities, workflows, and scheduling limitations to improve or automate existing systems. Leads meetings with stakeholders to document project charters, business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and risk assessments. Develops and manages project schedules, ensuring they remain within scope, timeline, and budget.
(30%) Coordinates the service request lifecycle, overseeing testing, user acceptance, documentation, QA tasks, and issue escalation, while ensuring UAT plans and acceptance criteria are developed and approved.
(30%) Supports change management workflows, ensuring compliance with governance procedures and timely documentation. Facilitates discussions among teams and vendors, ensuring integrated testing and business process workarounds. Identifies opportunities for process automation and prepares proposals for new systems.
(5%) Develops training materials.
(5%) Performs other duties as assigned.
