Job Description for the Business Analyst:This position performs advanced, senior-level business analysis work as well as user experience design work to ensure a positive and productive end user experience. The position will ensure design decisions are grounded in user experience and research and adhere to agency-wide design standards and industry-wide best practices and will partner with the product team and other key stakeholders on design solutions. The business analyst serves as the conduit between the program/customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow.
Required Skills for the Business Analyst:- 7+ years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- 8+ years’ experience designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
- 8+ years’ experience developing user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices
