Mike Jones - State Farm Agent located in Washington, D.C. ( CAPITAL HILL) is seeking an outgoing, career oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Mike Jones Agency you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, renters and life insurance.
Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right skill set! Agency will pay 25 hours(hourly) a week in office training-study for P&C Test. Trainee can get up to 15 hours a week for out of office training and event marketing.
Responsibilities (Team Leader). Company Van:
- Personal mileage is charged at .56cent.
- Must have a clean drivers record with last 3 years and no accidents
- Responsible for Company Van while driving for content & keeping it clean
Responsibilities:
- Create a weekly & monthly schedule for street team locations and special events.
- Set Up Tents and other agency equipment to promote Mike Jones Ins Agcy
- Keep Van well stock with marketing materials and maintain Agency uniforms.
- Achieve daily & monthly lead generation goals.
