Local State Farm Insurance Agency is seeking friendly, outgoing, individuals to join our team. This is a part-time in-office position and you must be able to commute to our Orange, CA location. Must be bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English. College students are welcome to apply. Insurance experience is not required we will train the right person.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service.
