David M. Chavez Insurance Agency, Inc. a State Farm Insurance Agency, located in Roeland Park, KS, has an opening for a full-time, bilingual (Spanish/English) Office Representative. No insurance experience required! We will train the right person with the right attitude and skill set.

Starting Salary: $20.00 per hour (must be able to obtain license, agent pays for all training and fee for exam) OR $25.00 per hour if licensed plus bonus, commission and performance.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
- Support policy holders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license
- Dependability is extremely important
- Fast Learner, Quick Study
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Able to influence others. (honest, smart and persuasive)
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.

- Business casual dress code required as we see clients on a regular basis.
