State Farm Agency, located in Round Rock, TX has an immediate opening for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative. This is a high-reward customer service position for someone who is motivated and has a passion for helping others!
Ideal candidate is an outgoing, career-oriented professional with a great attitude and a proven record of success! In this role you will build and develop relationships with customers to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance. Must have computer skills, the ability to multi-task and work well with your peers.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Must have some college, professional certifications, professional achievements
- Texas Property & Casualty License (must have or be able to obtain)
- Computer technical skills including comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Additional experience with Sales Force and other related web-based software a plus.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people.
- Must be People-oriented
- Self-motivated and have Pride in getting work done accurately and timely.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Must be available to work the following schedule Monday Through Friday Workday Hours to be determined and Possible special project hours.
