Audwin Rowe - State Farm Agency is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive visitors
- Respond to routine telephone calls
- Prepare reports, records, and information at agent’s request
- Establish and maintain files
- Requisition Supplies
- Assist in training of less experienced staff

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with the public and fellow employees
- Ability to apply discretion and appropriate security measures in handling of confidential Information
- Demonstrated ability to adjust to fluctuating workloads and priorities
- Gather information from existing and potential clients
- Pivot clients to new product lines to be developed by licensed team members
- Must become a licensed insurance professional
- Experience in a variety of office support positions
- Demonstrated knowledge of secretarial and applicable office procedures
- Demonstrated knowledge of operational procedures associated with terminals, personal computers and other peripheral equipment
- Demonstrated knowledge of grammar, punctuation and syntax applicable to the preparation of keyed materials
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
