Role Overview:
We are looking for motivated Account Specialists - Online to support our efforts in expanding bidding capacity on Upwork by creating and managing accounts. This project-based role is critical to implementing our strategy for increasing project acquisition opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and set up new Upwork accounts following company guidelines.
- Complete the Upwork verification process to ensure accounts are active and compliant.
- Transfer control of fully verified accounts to our team upon completion.
- Identify and refer friends or contacts interested in participating in the same process.
Requirements:
- Ability to create and verify Upwork accounts (training and support will be provided).
- Willingness to transfer control of the verified accounts to our team.
- Strong communication and responsiveness during the account setup and verification process.
