Are you a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a 3rd Shift Traffic Assistant to join team at our client's Lancaster, PA food manufacturing facility. In this key role, you'll serve as the central hub of all warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless coordination between warehouse associates and jockey drivers.
- Assign tasks based on the outbound schedule to guarantee timely loading and delivery.
- Work closely with the logistics supervisor and report directly to the warehouse manager.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems swiftly to maintain an efficient warehouse environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required. Secondary education in supply chain or related fields is preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a logistics, shipping, or warehouse environment preferred. At least 1 year of administrative or office experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and stay organized in a high-demand setting.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and a knack for motivating others.

Pay Rate: $20.00 plus $3.00/hr shift differential
